On Site Document Scanning

Do you have confidential or frequently accessed documents that you would like to store electronically but do not have the resource to do it in house?

If you have paper files which, for any reason, cannot be sent off site to be scanned, IPC can solve this problem by coming on site and doing it for you! We set up a temporary fully staffed and equipped scanning bureau operation at your offices until the job is done.

There is no impact on your systems and when we leave, you will have PC based access to high quality digital images of your vital documents. We can return when needed to repeat the operation for any newly created paperwork, eliminating the charges involved in a full time operation.

What do we need from you?

Just provide us with the space and leave the rest to us! Any normal office space equipped with power and lighting and of a size to accommodate our team will do fine.
And that’s it, apart from the raw material, the paperwork!
