New client for IPC Group's sister company, Documents OnLine

Wednesday 9 January 2013 15:12

The IPC Group’s sister company, Documents OnLine, has recently secured a new order for its Purchase Order and Approval System which went live in December 2012.

DOL was commissioned by intellectual property consultancy firm, Cedar White Bradley, to provide them with a system which had been tailored to meet their specific requirements. The company has offices in Jordan, Lebanon, Egypt, Qatar, Dubai and Bahrain and the system is currently being rolled out to all these locations with training provided by video.

One of the specialist features of DOL’s POPIA system is its ability to deal with multiple currencies and to generate bespoke reports including values left on PO’s which have not had invoices offset against them.

Neil Henderson, Head of Technology at Cedar White Bradley, commented:

‘I selected Documents OnLine because of their highly flexible approach to project management and their competitive pricing. We now have a very powerful business tool which will give immediate benefits.’
