IPC has, yet again, passed the annual ISO 9001 audit with
flying colours giving testament to the consistently high standard of service it
provides.
As usual, the customer survey was distributed to clients so
they could rate IPC’s performance and there were a high percentage of ‘Better
than expected’ and ‘Outstanding’ ratings.
Many customers also took the opportunity to make personal
comments and here a just a few of them:
‘I’m really happy with
the service. Always quick to respond and always making courtesy calls to check
progress and confirm next step etc.’
‘It is always a
pleasure dealing with IPC staff who can never do enough for us!’
‘Any queries we have
are always dealt with promptly and a first class service is always provided.’
The Director of The IPC Group, Graham Light, said ‘The IPC
Group is totally committed to serving its clients well and will continue to
work to the highest standards at all times.’
