Monday 18 June 2012 15:15

The IPC Group has yet again passed its annual BS EN ISO 9001:2008 audit with flying colours. The company’s quality management systems were recently assessed and approved by the internationally accredited certification body, QMS, demonstrating that IPC is consistently maintaining its high level of service.

This was further endorsed by the results of the customer survey which returned a higher than ever percentage of ‘outstanding’ ratings for customer service.

The Director of IPC, Graham Light, said ‘We are all delighted to have proved yet again that we always work to the highest standards and deliver our products and services to the satisfaction of our customers. Quality is key to our business success and is something we have built our reputation on. During the next twelve months we shall aim even higher to ensure that we continue to give the best we possibly can.’
