IPC attend 12th Logistics and Distribution Forum

Wednesday 1 April 2009 13:31

IPC’s Director, Graham Light and Marketing Manager, Pam Roberts recently attended the Logistics and Distribution Forum at the Radisson SAS Hotel, Stansted Airport. As one of the suppliers at the Forum they had a full schedule of appointments with some high profile companies such as M & S, Lyreco and House of Fraser.

The event provided a platform for IPC to launch a new product which has been added to their portfolio – the ‘Paper Computer’. This is the extremely high tech and sophisticated use of digital pen technology allowing users to upload data and images to a central server almost instantly, from any remote location. The concept was well received and various applications are now being explored, in particular, its use in warehouses and distribution centres for stock checking and fast access to POD’s.

There was also much interest in IPC’s electronic document management and storage solutions and they look forward to forming new relations with the companies they met.
