We would prefer to outsource the scanning as we haven’t the resource to do it in house. Is this something you could do for us?
Can this type of system be leased?
We already have an HR and Payroll system in place – could scanned images be linked to this?
In order to comply with Data Protection requirements, we have to weed our HR files regularly and review the data we are keeping. Is it possible to do this electronically?
If I scan my documents, are the images legally admissible? Can I destroy the originals?
The documents can vary in size and some of the older records may be in poor condition – can they still be scanned?
We currently file our paperwork in sections within the personnel record, such as application, CV, training etc. Is it possible to break down an electronic file in the same way?
