M.Store offers departmental to enterprise solutions, rich client and web versions, based on SQL data base structures. Additional options incl. Workflow and Form recognition.
With M.Store you file everything you produce direct from your Windows applications – so no need to scan. Same with e.mail, fax’s and EDI information. Only paper documents you don’t control need to be scanned. Indexing is highly structured and retrieval is fast and simple.
And you can email, fax or print stored information.
Storing all your vital information in M.Store ensures that you cover Business Continuity requirements – an increasingly important consideration. And M.Store through Event History reports on all system use, by user and document type.
We have a wealth of experience in integrating with legacy systems, including the ability to transfer data to and from them. And from legacy screens you can drill down to stored documents in M.Store, seamlessly yet without any software integration.
