mStore - Code Free Integration (CFI)

mStore, one of the UK’s leading electronic document management systems, now offers an exciting option for those organisations operating enterprise IT systems who want integration with a full function EDM solution, but without integration development!

What is Code Free Integration?

CFI is a new function developed within mStore , that allows users viewing on screen information in an IT system, e.g. an accounts system, to drill straight from that open screen to the related documents which would be stored in mStore, our full function EDM solution.

It intuitively understands the content of the screen being viewed and displays the document(s) in a new window, so no logging into another system – mStore CFI launches automatically!

How does CFI work in mStore?

Just 2 clicks of a mouse will deliver the documents to screen. The user highlights the m.Tray icon at the bottom of the screen. This brings up a menu, and you select Integration Search. This shows the item that will be displayed ; just one click and mStore will open a new window, with a new Tray Viewer, showing the document(s).

New Tray Viewer Licence

CFI uses a new viewer module, that has a specific list of functionality, and because it’s a per seat viewer client, is a fraction of the cost of a full concurrent licence. So for larger organisations the lower licence cost can be an ideal way of providing all the advantages of central document management made simple.  Functions available are:
