Automated E. Mail Archiving - technical overview

M. Message comes in 2 forms:

* Software only solution

‘Turn- key’ Solution:

Hardware Includes:

* Fujitsu – Siemens Win 2003 Server
* 2 x 160GB Sata raid / mirrored disks
* 160GB avail. Storage.
* 1GB RAM, Dual layer DVD-R
* Buffalo Linkstation back up
* Monitor and 1st year on site maint.

Software Features:

- Search by any sender, recipient, attachment name, subject or part thereof.
- Search by any part of the message body
- Search by any part of any Word attachment (un-encrypted / non password protected)
- Option to re-instate e.mails to Inbox

Rely on IPC to deliver:

IPC will deliver and install and configure the system and supply training for an admin. level user.

Hardware support is included in the price for the first year, as is software support. After this an annual fee will apply for both.
