About the IPC Group

IPC commenced trading in 1993 and offer a range of information and document management services and products that can suit any size organisation.

Our Bureau Scanning facility provides a document scanning and data capture service located on our own premises. We collect paperwork from clients, scan and index in our bureau and return on CD or DVD. We can handle large volumes of documents such as archive collections and a wide range of document types, for example, invoices, project files, medical records, HR records, photographs, drawings. Our EDM Software business area supplies document and information management solutions which include automated document capture, records management, version control, automated document retention schedules, workflow and forms processing. Digital Pen, Turning paper into a computer terminal - Despite the wide range of electronic devices available, the use of the humble pen and paper to record notes, and information of all kinds, especially on forms, is the most logical and easiest way of doing things.
